Tapping
Tapping with Affirmations instructions:
Write down 5-10 affirmations you want to focus on.
Tap on the spots ( 1 spot 5-10 times ) And repeat your affirmation one after another.
Sometimes you can notice discomfort in your body or maybe you may feel as if affirmations you pronounce are not true. Then pronounce statements based on your observation, It might be something like this:
"Even though I feel like I am not worthy now, It doesn't mean it's true"
"Even though I'm having self doubt, I accept myself and how I feel."
"Even tho I was programmed to believe that my self worth should depend on other people, now I can choose to see things differently . "
Then it can switch to a profound insight and a real breakthrough in your thought process, and eventually you'll come to the calmer point where your affirmations can be in better alignment with how you feel.
If you don't feel like something changes, then just come back to pronouncing affirmations for a few more minutes and close this practice.
*Later you can work on Erasing blockages related to your affirmations with Eraser.
If you want to do it now, you can go to Module 3 and start using Eraser.

Grounding
Grounding. Charge your body-battery.
Want to start your day feeling energized? Feeling stressed or overwhelmed?
Try grounding barefoot- simply walk or stand on natural surfaces like grass or soil.
Grounding barefoot is important because your body works like a battery—it builds up positive charge from everyday exposure to electronics and artificial environments. The Earth carries a natural negative charge, and when you walk barefoot on soil, grass, or sand, it helps discharge that excess energy, restoring balance. Just like a battery needs grounding to function properly, your body needs Earth’s energy to stay healthy, calm, and energized.
Or try hugging a tree. It helps calm your mind, boosts mood, and deepens your connection to nature. Just wrap your arms around a tree, breathe deeply, and let go of tension.
When you hug a tree, your body releases oxytocin—the “feel-good” hormone—making you feel safe and relaxed. It’s also a simple way to reconnect with nature, slow your thoughts, and feel supported by something strong, steady, and alive.
Both practices are free, simple, and powerful ways to reconnect with yourself and the Earth. Just 5–10 minutes a day can make a difference!
